These terms explain how you may use mademingle.com and purchase from MadeMingle. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy.
Using our store
Use our website lawfully and provide accurate contact, payment, and delivery information. Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, upload harmful content, or infringe the rights of others. You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement or have appropriate permission.
Products & personalization
Read the product description and select your preferred options before ordering. You are responsible for checking uploaded images, names, spelling, wording, and delivery details. You must have permission to use any photo, artwork, logo, or other content you submit. You allow us and our fulfilment providers to use that content as needed to produce and deliver your order.
We may contact you if an image or instruction is unclear or unsuitable for production. Processing can be delayed until the required details are received. We may decline content that is unlawful, infringes another person's rights, or cannot reasonably be produced. Product images are illustrative, and screen settings or production methods can cause small differences in color or placement.
Prices & payments
Prices, currency, available payment methods, shipping charges, and applicable taxes are displayed during checkout. Please review the total before submitting payment. Prices and availability may change for future orders. If a material pricing or product-information error affects your order, we will contact you about the available options rather than charge an unexpected amount.
Orders
After you place an order, you will receive confirmation using the contact details you provide. We may contact you about missing personalization details, payment verification, availability, or another issue affecting fulfilment. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will explain the issue and arrange a refund of any payment received for the affected items.
Processing & shipping
Processing generally takes 3–7 days depending on the product, followed by an estimated 3–7 days for shipping via FedEx, USPS, or UPS. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. See our Shipping Policy for tracking, delivery costs, address changes, and delivery issues.
Changes, returns & refunds
Contact us immediately to request a change or cancellation. Once personalization or production has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Personalized items cannot be returned for a change of mind. Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items are handled under our Return and Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.
Website content & availability
Website content is protected by the rights of MadeMingle and other rights holders. Do not copy or reuse it without permission. We may update the website, correct errors, or suspend access when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, or legal reasons.
Third-party services
Shopify provides our ecommerce platform. Payment processors, carriers, and other providers may support your order. Their own terms may apply to their services. Links to third-party websites do not mean we control or endorse all of their content.
Responsibility & your rights
We are responsible for meeting our obligations under applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. If an issue arises, contact us so we can work toward an appropriate resolution.
Updates & contact
